Description: What You Will Be Doing: Long-term overseas field service assignment at Osan AB, KR as an airframe(APG) technical representative. Position supports active duty U-2 aircraft maintainers. Currently or recently qualified on the U-2 aircraft to perform duties expected of a fully qualified Air Force 7- or 9-level aircraft mechanic strongly preferred. Must have systems knowledge and specific hands-on experience on aircraft general, fuels, hydraulics, engine, egress, flight controls, structures and/or environmental control systems. Candidate selected will perform duties on the flight line and phase dock as directed by supervision. Will perform as a hands-on technician for many tasks. Will also function as a technical adviser and Air Force (AF) 7-skill level augmentee in electrical and avionics and at the 5-skill level or better in electronic warfare and IADL/DDL-2 data link system specialties on the flight line.
