What You Will Be Doing As the Aeronautical Engineer Sr Stf you will be responsible for driving the integration and design synthesis of the XR/AGM 158 Flex and ARRW weapon system family while collaborating across a multidisciplinary team. Your responsibilities will include: Lead integration and design synthesis across aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, thermodynamics, electronics, controls, and actuation. Conduct multidisciplinary system trade studies to optimize performance and cost. Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, MRB, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth production operations. Generate and present technical and administrative materials for customers and internal stakeholders. Mentor early‑career engineers and champion One LM culture across cross‑functional teams.
