Description: WHAT WE'RE DOING This position is for a Quality Analyst within the Undersea Warfare market segment (USW), supporting the MK48 Production Programs. This position will require on-site support for the Syracuse facility. THE WORK This individual will be responsible for consolidating and analyzing defect data to support Material Review Board (MRB) and Corrective Action Board(s) (CAB). Description: WHAT WE'RE DOING The Software Quality Analyst will develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, and documentation that meet customer, regulatory, and corporate standards for both make‑ and buy‑item software. THE WORK • Responsibilities include managing a centralized database of quality data, collecting and analyzing key software metrics, and presenting trend analyses and corrective‑action recommendations to the Corrective Action Board and senior leadership. • The role conducts internal software process audits, oversees peer‑review metric management, and participates in functional qualification testing, ensuring test results are captured and fed back into continuous‑improvement cycles. • Additionally, the analyst witnesses software builds, verifies media integrity, and collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, supply‑chain, and customer teams to resolve quality issues, develop dispositions, and implement corrective actions for recurring discrepancies....
