Description: Operate, start up, shut down, and maintain high pressure boilers, chillers, air compressors and auxiliary equipment throughout the Central Plant to supply heat, hot water, steam, compressed air, and chilled water to the Stratford plant facilities. Operate, start up, shut down, and maintain the cogeneration system - including the gas-powered turbine, duct burner, and energy recovery equipment.
