Position Summary
Odyssey Systems is currently hiring a Recruiter to join our team in the greater Eglin AFB area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for defense contracts and a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges of the Department of Defense (DoD) contracting environment. This role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various DoD contracts, ensuring compliance with all federal regulations and company policies. This is a hybrid position, with a three-day a week requirement in the office. ***Contingent upon contract award***
