QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting an Embedded Field Service Representative (Technician) to join our team, at Fort Benning, GA to support our customer, Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT). Duties: Provides field support services related to troubleshooting and repair of systems, performs software updates, and mentors Soldiers in the execution of maintenance. Facilitates higher level repair of equipment. Ensures support equipment is regularly calibrated and maintained. Troubleshoot related product malfunctions. Install, modify, wire, fabricate and maintain systems. Distinguish between hardware and software problems in multi-vendor systems. Required Skills & Experience: Detail-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
