Duties: Conducts technical program management, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development. Evaluate funding execution compared to budget through analysis of Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) reporting, continuing dialogue with teammates and industry partners, review of written documents, and examination of accounting records. Monitor and track programmatic obligations and expenditures for assigned activity accounts on related budgetary forms, schedules, and reports.
