QED Systems, LLC, is currently recruiting an ICIDS Fielding Coordinator, tojoin our team at Fort Belvoir, VA to support our Product Manager Force Protection Systems (PM FPS) contract. Duties: Scheduling & Logistics Coordination Coordinate end-to-end scheduling for site surveys and system installations across multiple physical locations and military installations. Determine resource allocation by strategically assigning field technicians and engineers to specific sites based on project timelines, technical skill sets, and location constraints. Develop daily and long-term deployment schedules specifying exactly who will go to which site and when, minimizing travel overhead and project downtime. Manage logistical timelines to ensure all personnel, specialized equipment, and system components arrive at the designated installation site concurrently.
