Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst Lead to provide support to the Office of the Under Secretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)) with all phases of the DoW Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process. Candidates must have experience supporting Senior Financial Management / Budget Execution, with experience with acquisition and PPBE processes at the DoW or Service Component Headquarters level.
