Description We are seeking a highly motivated Lithium Battery Safety Program Specialist to support our Navy power and energy customer in Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) of lithium chemistry power storage systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing specialized support for the Navy's Lithium Battery Safety Program and related engineering services. The role involves safety program development, certification planning, engineering analysis, test planning, and logistics for lithium battery systems. Candidates will work closely with program offices, certifying authorities, and technical agents to ensure compliance with safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and support mission-critical operations.
