Description SAIC is looking for a cleared Systems Engineering candidate to provide technical assistance and recommendations regarding the planning, implementation, and management of Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations (IO) systems. Support includes providing high quality engineering advisory services as they relate to evaluating future capability requirements, training and planning support, assisting in the development of doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures, advocating requirements in support of future effects-based warfare, assessment of Research & Development (R&D) and Science and Technology (S&T) efforts, and managing functional data for Information Operations for our U.S. Navy Information Operations customer located at the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command site in Old Town San Diego.
