Description SAIC is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer , with signals intelligence (SIGINT) experience, in support of the U.S. Army Comat Capabilities Development Command (CCDEVCOM), Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate, Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) Branch (C5ISR-QRC).
