Description SAIC is seeking a motivated and dedicated Program Control Analyst within the Navy Business Group. This position requires proven experience in program control and/or financial analysis with a background in federal government contracting. Candidates must be U.S. Citizens. Typical Responsibilities: Significant interface with Program Managers, Senior Technical Staff as well as other functional organizations including Finance, Contracts, Accounts Receivable, Procurement and Program Accounting. Participates in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting on multiple projects of varying contract type, size, complexity, and level of risk. Preparation of financial deliverables and internal/external reports to include Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasts, monthly latest revised estimates (LREs), Monthly Status Reports, Contract Status Reports, Cost Reports and Estimates-At-Complete (EACs).
