Description The ATC Training Scenario Scripter is an entry-to-mid-level technical role responsible for supporting the development, modification, validation, and maintenance of Air Traffic Control (ATC) training scenarios for the FAA Tower Simulation System Enhancement 2 (TSS E2). Working under the direction of a senior ATC Training Scenario Developer, this individual transforms operational concepts, training objectives, and FAA-provided scripts into executable simulation scenarios. This position focuses on implementing the senior Scenario Developer's vision by configuring aircraft, vehicles, weather, communications, operational events, and instructor actions within the simulation environment. The ideal candidate has a passion for aviation, simulation, game development, or flight simulation and enjoys creating realistic operational experiences.
