Description The Education and Training Engagement Manager is a critical role supporting the US PACOM J752 Training and Analysis Branch. Reporting directly to the US PACOM Headquarters Training Program Manager, you will independently lead specialized training programs nestled under the broader HQ training plan. JOB DUTIES: Program Development & Execution: Lead design, implementation, and management of joint-focused education and training programs for US PACOM HQ, including needs assessment and integration into the headquarters training plan. Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as primary liaison to academia, industry, and Joint Component Commands (PACFLT, PACAF, USARPAC, MARFORPAC) to identify emerging educational opportunities, coordinate training, and facilitate engagement between external experts and internal stakeholders.
