Description SAIC is currently hiring for a System Administrator in North Charleston, SC. Job Duties: Take full ownership of the day-to-day stability and performance of a dedicated infrastructure stack built on Cisco computing, VMware, and NAS storage. Act as the first responder for hardware and platform-level incidents, applying strong, methodical troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues. Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot network components, with a focus on Cisco and Juniper OS, including switches, routers, and VPNs. Work with a high degree of autonomy to manage the health of the hypervisor environment, collaborating with senior engineers when issues require escalation beyond the platform level.
