The Payment Technician is responsible for processing payments for Employment Networks (ENs) Social Security Ticket to Work Program. The successful candidate will provide instructions to ENs about their payments and distribution. They will provide information to ENs with professionalism, precision, and appropriate sense of urgency. In addition, this position will work closely with the Sr. Payment Specialist to ensure all deliverables are accomplished. Position Responsibilities : Respond to EN Payment Inquiries regarding status of payment, clarification of policy and assist Processing EN Payments. Evaluate and Review all request reimbursement and cost by ENs and SVRAs to ensure compensation is made in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
