Description SAIC is seeking a Cellular Engineer to support the Expeditionary Electronic Warfare Division at NSWC Crane. This position supports the design, development, integration, testing, and evaluation of cellular and wireless communication capabilities under the JCREW program. The selected candidate will analyze and develop cellular protocol implementations across 3G, LTE, and 5G environments. Additionally, this role involves performing software engineering using C, C++, and Python, executing structured test plans in laboratory or field environments, and contributing to test automation efforts.
