Description SAIC is looking for a cleared Systems Engineering candidate to provide technical assistance and recommendations regarding the planning, implementation, and management of Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations (BAIO) Programs of Record within the Naval Intel, C2, Cyber, and Information Operations (NIC3IO) under Program Acquisition Executive Mission Systems.
