Description This role is 75% travel and remote when not traveling. Responsibilities: Support system adaptation activities, including data configuration, site-specific customization and integration. Analyze and modify XML files used for system configuration and data exchange. Assist with installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware systems at FAA facilities. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration records and site reports. Work closely with engineers, technicians and FAA stakeholders to ensure timely support.
