Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide senior-level cost, financial, programmatic, and business-analysis support for ammunition programs and other defense acquisition efforts at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey . The analyst will serve as a liaison among program management, planning organizations, project teams, Government stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors, supporting informed decisions related to cost, schedule, performance, and readiness. Prepare independent life-cycle cost estimates using the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) suite for ammunition programs of record and assess the reasonableness of Program Manager baseline estimates. Conducting cost-benefit analyses, business case analyses, return-on-investment analyses, breakeven analyses, and Independent Government Cost Estimates.
