Description SAIC is seeking a Biometrics Watchlist Lead to serve as the senior technical and operational authority for all biometric watchlisting, identity intelligence processing, and attribution analysis activities performed under an Intelligence Community program. Work is performed on site in: Bethesda, MD, with CONUS/OCONUS travel as required. The Biometrics Watchlist Lead will be responsible for: Providing overall technical leadership, task assignment, and performance management for all contractor personnel supporting biometric watchlisting and identity intelligence activities. Directing the processing, exploitation, and analysis of biometric data to support identity attribution, watchlisting, and network analysis requirements.
