Description SAIC is seeking a dynamic and innovative Program Manager (PM) to join our Surface and Aviation Solutions (SAS) team in support of the Army Navy Business Group. This role offers you the opportunity to lead and take ownership of critical program elements in a complex, multi-disciplinary, and dynamic environment.
