Description The Survivability Assurance Office requires an experienced engineer familiar with Space systems acquisitions to provide direct support for a major program Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) in Chantilly, VA. Technical depth and experience, especially with NRO contracts and processes, is required in a variety of fields for acquisitions. Provide primary support, as required, to the program COTR. Job Duties: Analyze performance, cost and schedule metrics -- review for accuracy, reasonableness and achievability. Assist the COTR in identifying, tracking, evaluating and mitigating program technical, financial and schedule risks - participate in the contractor risk management process.
