Description S AIC is seeking a Software Engineer to support expansion of the U.S. Army Asian Studies Detachment's CITROS OSINT/DOMEX management system. This work will be performed on site at Camp Zama, Japan. The Software Engineer will be responsible for: Application Development: Design, implement, and maintain features across the platform using C#/.NET (Framework & Core) and Angular Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with an emphasis on performance and scalability Collaborate with team members on DTOs, APIs, and database interactions Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices Apply basic security and compliance practices aligned with enterprise standards Database & Data Integration: Work with SQL Server and AWS RDS for schema design, optimization, and query performance Implement stored procedures, views, and data access layers Support ingestion pipelines for structured and unstructured data...
