Description SAIC is currently seeking a Black Hawk Field Technician located at Lielvarde Air Base in Lielvarde, Latvia to support the Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer (BAT) to deliver high-level technical support, system integration, and field service engineering for the BAT Program. NOTE: This is a 5-month contract. JOB DESCRIPTION: Provide technical support services in support of maintaining and sustaining fielded Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer (BAT)s, equipment and software at the identified locations. Assist in the emplacement and initialization of the BAT. Advise customers on the capabilities and limitations of the BAT. Troubleshoot BAT hardware, software, and networks. Provide feedback to program leadership regarding system performance and end-user feedback Perform operator and maintainer tasks on equipment, integrated systems, subsystems, and software.
