The Opportunity The position as Cyber Governance Risk and Compliance Subject Matter Expert (JORN Cyber Engineer ICT) is to be initially based within Lockheed Martin Australia’s Engineering Services Contract (ESC) team, supporting the Jindalee Over the Horizon RADAR Network (JORN). This placement will be working within the ICT IPT and be situated within the CoA staff. This placement will be in line with the contract length and is a long-term role. The JORN Cyber Engineer ICT is accountable to the JORN ICT Lead and responsible for security governance, and  for leading the design assurance, including Test an Evaluation of JORN ICT systems. Standard Job Description Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
