Position: Manager, Credit and Collections Job Description: Job Description Manage insurance relationships and maximize insurance coverage. Work closely with the sales organization and support business development. Review and release pending sales orders. Review new and existing accounts’ credit analysis information to assess customer status and recommend appropriate credit limits. Conduct customer visits to gain deeper knowledge of accounts for financial reviews, relationship building, and overall risk assessment. Develop, build, update, maintain, and troubleshoot internal credit tools (e.g. risk models, projection models, customer credit scoring tools). Analyze, assess, and report on the risk of potential new and existing accounts. Review customer account information to identify opportunities for credit line increases and to flag potential risks.
