Position: Inside Sales Representative Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing • Forecast Management - Review customer forecast for advance pipeline to ensure safety buffer stock and pipeline level. • Order Management - Review backlog and shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory. Monitor and manage of rescheduling & validate demand. • Inventory Management - Monitor and manage over inventory parts and shortage parts. What We Are Looking For • Diploma or Degree in any fields. • At least 3 years of experience in customer service (order management), production planning or material planning role. • Possess good communication and negotiation skills, with ability to deal with cross-functional teams internally and externally (customers and suppliers). • Proficient with Microsoft office software’s, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, added advantage to have knowledge/experience in Macro). • Independent and proactive, ability to complete...
