Position: Customer Service Representative Job Description: What You'll Be Doing • Responsible for system-related work – SO entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management. • In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics. • Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns). • Work closely internally with Field Sales and Inside Sales on Pre-Order & Order Entry.
