Standard Job Description The selected candidate will be a member of the program integration team within Lockheed Martin's Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Skunk Works operating at the Marietta, GA site. As the Project Management & Planning Operations Representative Senior, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational aspects of ongoing projects, and proactively address various needs of a large organization and respond to operational issues before they become crises. This position will work closely with engineering staffing coordinators to ensure staffing needs are appropriately tracked, personnel are properly equipped to be productive on day one of joining the program, and remain equipped to be effective throughout the program life cycle.
