Standard Job Description You will be the Operations Analyst Staff - Level 4 for the Operations Team which is responsible for driving operational excellence across our production and manufacturing facilities. What You Will Be Doing As the Operations Analyst Staff - Level 4 you will be responsible for modeling and analyzing manufacturing operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering data‑driven recommendations that support key aerospace programs. Your responsibilities will include: Design and create simulation models that represent manufacturing operations, enabling analysis of multiple future production scenarios. Summarize and present findings and recommendations to a broad audience, including senior internal leaders.
