Description: We are Lockheed Martin Supporting Flight Test as a Subsystem/ECS Discipline Engineer, the selected candidate will initially work under the guidance of the team with the goal of quickly becoming an independent subject matter expert for mission control room operations. A successful candidate will use their technical experience to develop innovative solutions to highly complex technical problems. Duties and responsibilities include planning, scheduling and executing flight test missions by: - Developing and publishing test plans and flight test cards - Determining and communicating test requirements and configuration to responsible engineering, maintenance, instrumentation and flight operation personnel to ensure test article readiness - Complying with test safety plans and standard operation procedures - Participate in test mission briefings, debriefings, and the test missions.
