Description: Responsible for coordination and oversight of Ethics programs and processes. Advise and support management in implementation of company code of conduct, and evaluating Ethics-related issues. Determine need for investigation of ethical concerns and either coordinates investigative action or conducts investigation. Conduct and support thorough and timely investigations within the LM Corporate and LM Aero Business Area guidelines. QGRA is a multifunction organization providing innovative solutions for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics and aerospace industry customers. Specific QGRA functions include: Policy Surveillance & RCCA process, for Depot Operations, Aircraft Ground Damage Investigation, Foreign Object Debris prevention. In this position the applicant selected will Review, Analyze and Report on quality discrepancies related to raw materials, parts, assemblies, processes, and or systems. Conducts process surveillance audits to evaluate procedural adherence, documents findings and provides statistical summary of collected data to assigned program leadership and outside organizations.
