Overview LMI is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to lead the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Next Generation Desktop (NGD) program. This position supports CMS’s mission to modernize its customer service capabilities, streamline call center operations, and improve service delivery to beneficiaries and providers. The PM serves as the central point of contact with CMS for all aspects of program delivery, risk management, performance, and communication.
