Akira Technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Jira Administrator to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO) in advancing mission analytics capabilities. This role focuses on managing and configuring Jira to meet evolving mission requirements, conducting essential infrastructure changes, and ensuring project schemas are updated and validated regularly.
The role requires onsite meetings in the DC Metro Area three (3) times a week. This role supports a DoD client, and therefore, security clearance is required.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for Jira, overseeing the creation, configuration, and maintenance of projects, workflows, and user permissions.
Regularly monitor and maintain the Jira environment to ensure high availability and performance.
