Position Summary Odyssey is looking for an HR Support/Team Lead to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) at Ft Detrick, MD.   The person filling the role will provide a full range of federal government HR Management Support services IAW the Office of Personnel Management, DoD, and Military Service-specific personnel management policies and regulations as applicable.  Specific tasks include but are not limited to civilian personnel performance objectives and evaluations, military officer evaluations and non-commissioned officer evaluations, civilian and military awards, taskers, alert rosters, organization chart updates, in/out-processing of personnel, welcome packages, accountability and strength reporting, maintenance  of personnel files and the management of the electronic personnel database, award process support, and general administrative support.  Support will be for a Human Resource Manager, and both Civilian and Military personnel....
