Description: What You Will Be Doing • Production Floor Support: Provide real-time floor support to quickly resolve production constraints and ensure continuous product flow. • Corrective Action Development: Conduct root cause analysis and develop / implement actions aimed at improving the production system, focusing on reducing Scrap, Rework, and Repair (SRR) rates, as well as Hours Per Unit (HPU). • Manufacturing Plan Updates: Revise and enhance the Manufacturing Plan to incorporate new technologies and prevent defects. • Engineering Change Evaluations: Conduct manufacturing evaluations of engineering changes, ensuring that modifications align with production capabilities. • Technical Production Support: Offer technical support to Production Operations, including mechanics and other key personnel, to maintain smooth product flow and operations. • Cost Reduction Initiatives: Lead efforts to create product span and cost-reduction initiatives to streamline production and increase...
