Description: Reporting to the Director for Operations and Labor Relations, this role will drive strategy for our Labor & Employee Relations organization across all of Rotary and Mission Systems including support in collective bargaining, arbitrations, contract administration, positive employee relations & union avoidance. The candidate will assist in L&ER strategic planning, ensuring execution, and help to execute the business strategy as it pertains to Labor Relations. This includes managing the Operations Labor Relations team which will manage data analytics and maintain policies and processes. In partnership with the Enterprise Labor & Employee Relations team, this role helps to lead our Positive Employee Relations (PER) programs and processes including our Employee Relations Leadership (ERL) training.
