Position: Customer Service Officer Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing • Responsible for system-related work – SO entries, maintenance, shipment release & inventory management. • In close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics. • Responsible for overall Customer management as well as handling RMA (customer returns). • Work closely internally with Field Sales and Inside Sales on Pre-Order & Order Entry. What We Are Looking For • Diploma or Degree in any fields. • At least 3 years of experience in customer service (order management), sales administration or buyer role. • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient with Microsoft office software, especially for Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP). • Customer-service oriented, analytical and problem-solving mindset. • Self-motivated and ability to prioritize tasks with sense of urgency.
