Description SAIC is seeking a Training Exercises and Employment Plan Manager (TEEP) to be responsible for managing, synchronizing, and reporting on all training, exercise, employment, and community engagement events that contribute to organizational mission readiness. As the principal architect of the TEEP Program, the TEEP Manager coordinates across subordinate commands, staff sections, and external stakeholders to ensure all units are optimally organized, trained, equipped, and deployed in accordance with higher headquarters, joint, and service requirements. This role is central to maintaining visibility on force commitments, conducting risk assessments, and informing resource allocation to maximize operational effectiveness within fiscal constraints.
