Description: This position is the Senior Manager of Base Management at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific in Silverdale, Washington: dedicated to the mission of providing, maintaining and protecting the Strategic Weapons systems for the Pacific Fleet Ballistic Missile Submarine Fleet. This position reports directly to the SWFPAC Director to assist in the management of 400+ LM SWFPAC employees with a budget of over $95M. The LM SWFPAC team is a combination of direct and matrixed organizations comprised of over 200 salaried and over 200 hourly represented employees who work closely with the other members of the SWFPAC and Government/Contractor teams.
