Description SAIC is seeking a Junior Field Technician to support our Department of Energy client. Primary duties will include: Communicating effectively and professionally with customers, organizational IT Points of Contact, management, coworkers, via email, MS Teams chat, phone calls Disconnecting/moving/reconnecting IT equipment (laptops, desktops, docking stations, monitors, printers, scanners, etc.) Removal and wiping of HDDs and SSDs Updating asset assignment and/or location in DOE's personalized Service Now instance (aka DAYS) Installing hardware and related drivers (printers, scanners, dual-monitor stands) Troubleshooting hardware, including but not limited to laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, other peripherals Qualifications Education and Experience Requirements: High School and three (3) years or more related experience Must be a US Citizen Experience installing, replacing, troubleshooting hardware preferred Experience with MS Windows...
