Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Principal Program Analyst to support a DoD digital transformation and enterprise IT modernization program in the National Capital Region. This role serves as a senior principal individual contributor responsible for providing expert program analysis, governance support, and executive decision enablement directly to the Program Manager supporting a large-scale DoD enterprise IT and digital transformation mission. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in DoD program analysis, requirements elicitation, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination gained through decades of experience supporting Department of Defense and Intelligence Community organizations.
