Description: What You Will Be Doing • Supervise and lead a team of Mechanics to perform multiple types of repairs for the F-22 and F-35 platform edges (Customer Repair Orders). • Responsible for team staffing, safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance. • Responsible for properly forecasting estimated completion dates and cost for multiple CROs. • Responsible for implementing process improvements and resolve constraints to achieve weekly/monthly cadence. • Coordinate with multiple support groups to ensure proper constraints are being resolved to avoid work stoppages. • Required to report out and brief multiple levels of leadership on daily/weekly basis.
