Description: You will be the Production Operations Senior Manager for the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) Santa Barbara Focalplane (SBF) facility. Our team is responsible for overseeing end to end manufacturing, engineering, and support functions at our site in Goleta, CA. What You Will Be Doing As the Production Operations Senior Manager, you will report to the Vice President Production Operations Sites with a dotted line to the site General Manager. As a member of the Site Senior Leadership staff, you will work closely with other senior site leaders across all functions.
