Description SAIC is seeking an experienced Engineer to provide technical and programmatic support for the acquisition and lifecycle management of non-standard ammunition (NSA) and associated weapons systems. The portfolio includes small-, medium-, and large-caliber ammunition; rocket-propelled and recoilless rifle munitions; launched and hand-thrown grenades; mortars; tank and artillery ammunition; and aircraft munitions. The Engineer will support the PD SAWS Chief Engineer and assigned program teams by providing technical assessments, reviewing product and test documentation, leading Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), supporting source inspections and lot acceptance testing, and ensuring assigned projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with technical requirements.
