Description SAIC is seeking a Test & Evaluation Engineer to support the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Mission Systems (MS) [formerly PEO IWS] Unified TestBed, with a focus on AEGIS Combat System and Ship Self-Defense System (SSDS) Modeling & Simulation. This role directly enhances Navy mission readiness by ensuring high-fidelity modeling, simulation accuracy, and system performance verification for combat systems deployed across Navy surface combatants, including DDG, LHD, LHA, and CVN platforms. This position requires an active Interim Secret clearance to begin, with the ability to obtain a Top Secret. The role is based in Washington, DC, with local travel to test sites.
