Description Position: Junior Engineering Technician SAIC is currently seeking an Engineering Technician to join our teams in Norfolk, VA and San Diego, CA. All positions require onsite support (no remote) and an active Secret clearance to begin work. Candidate shall provide fleet technical services and troubleshooting of Aviation Launch and Recovery Equipment (ALRE) systems at shore sites and aboard ships: Troubleshooting of ALRE Systems and Subsystems Review and interpret applicable maintenance technical publications Evaluate current equipment conditions Identify, isolate, and correct part deficiencies to restore systems to optimal operational capability Technical Expertise and System Support Assist with the installation, repair, calibration, and testing of ALRE equipment Provide on the job training to Ships Force Certification and Inspection Readiness Assist with the certification and inspection of ALRE equipment Ensure all equipment and processes are...
