Description JOB DESCRIPTION: The Army Navy Business Group currently has a career opportunity for a financial and contracts subject matter expert (SME) to provide support to Commander, U.S. Fleet Forces (USFF) for the Navy's Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) program in Norfolk, VA.
